On a night full of emotions and big surprises, Pepe Aguilar celebrated his birthday at an event that brought together his family and Christian Nodal. The iconic singer, known for his legacy in the mariachi and ranchera music genres, received an emotional display of affection from his son-in-law, who gave him a warm hug to congratulate him.
This display of affection would refute the rumors about a possible bad relationship between Pepe Aguilar with Nodal and his youngest daughter Angela, which, supposedly, would have arisen as a result of the couple’s romance.
Pepe Aguiar, who is celebrating 56 years of life, shared some videos on his Instagram account of the first moments of pampering from his loved ones.
“Starting the birthday celebrations,” he wrote at the bottom of the clip where Nodal’s greeting and hug stand out. Christian, with a sincere smile, approached Pepe Aguilar to personally congratulate him on his special day. The gesture not only symbolized the respect and admiration that Nodal feels for Aguilar, but also the connection and support between different generations within regional Mexican music.
“I feel very fortunate to celebrate another year of life surrounded by the people I love the most,” Pepe said in another of the videos where he is seen blowing out the candles on his first birthday cake, with his daughters Ángela and Aneliz and his wife Aneliz Álvarez singing him the mañanitas.
Angela Aguilar, for her part, did not miss the opportunity to also share through her social networks some of the emotional birthday moments of her father, where she also dedicated an emotional message to him.
“I have a lot to learn from you. I hope I can learn everything you try to teach me, everything that you have always shown me through your example. I admire you, I love you. I won the lottery having you as my dad. What a great responsibility to have you as an example. Happy birthday, Dad,” were Angela’s words.
