Monse Castillo became the new contestant on ‘La Isla: Desafío Extremo’, a reality show on the Telemundo television network, on Friday. The Mexican joined the Panteras team after Regina Fernández left due to a medical condition.
La China, as the new contestant is also known, was announced by presenter Javier Poza.
“Your team is going to receive a reinforcement. I remind you that the team suffered the loss of Regina, so let us give a warm welcome to the new member of the Panthers, from Mexico I present to you Monse Castillo,” he said.
What do we know about Monse Castillo from ‘The Island: Extreme Challenge’?
He is 27 years old and lives in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
As a profession, she has an eyelash business, which helps her generate income.
Regarding his personality, he said: “Coming to the island means a lot because I think I am going to show everything I can do as a person.”
In this regard, she added: “I am very calm, I keep calm, but when they are looking for me, if you look for me, you will find me.” “I am here to prove to myself that I can handle this and much more.”
Upon arriving on the island, she introduced herself and was welcomed by several of the participants, including her team. Monse said she has high expectations for this challenge: “I hope that, like me, I am happy, wanting to add to them, not subtract from them, and to put all my attitude and desire into it,” she said.
In her first interview with Telemundo, Monse spoke about the good performance she had in one of the first challenges she participated in.
She explained that she doesn’t like to talk much, but rather to show what she’s made of. “I bring speed, intelligence, concentration, I’m not saying I’m perfect, they’re just things that I feel I have, maybe not a lot, but they’ve always helped me do things very well.”
He also said that he feels that he gave a good image to his team, something that is key to continuing to advance within the competition.
‘La Isla: Desafío Extremo’ has had an intense week, with the departures of Julia Gama, Regina Fernández and Carlos Caquías.
