The Saudi Arabian football league is back in action for the new 2024-2025 season of world football, with an offer that promised to break any figure previously seen to Real Madrid for the arrival of Vinícius Jr to the Asian continent.

According to specialist websites such as Marca and As, Al-Ahli of the Saudi Pro League have reportedly offered Real Madrid more than $400 million to sign Vinícius Jr.

However, the offer was immediately rejected by Real Madrid’s entourage, not only because they considered the offer insufficient for the equivalent of the Brazilian’s release clause (more than $1 billion dollars) but because they considered the winger to be a fundamental pillar of the Spanish project, especially after the arrival of the Frenchman Kylian Mbappé.

Despite not coming true, other media outlets such as O Globo dared to leak the conditions of the contract that Vinícius Jr. would have had if he made his move to Al-Ahli.

Vinícius Jr. was expected to be linked to the Arab team for the next five seasons and during that time he would earn around $1 billion dollars corresponding to his salary and bonuses, with an approximate of $200 million dollars per season.

In any case, Real Madrid fans can rest easy knowing that they will be able to count on Vinícius Jr. to try to win as many of the seven titles that Los Merengues hope to win in this new campaign.
