Boxer Tyson Fury is not only celebrating victories in the ring, he also has to deal with some problems in his personal life. It was recently reported that he had to give up on building a house in England.
Fury and his family’s property is located in Cheshire County, and as usual he had to present the construction project to the community authorities for approval.
The whole plan was thwarted by a warning from Cheshire East Council’s environmental department. Department spokesman James Baggaley says Fury’s plan should not even be reviewed by the council.
It is said that the council should not even review Fury’s project until winter arrives. There is a theory that bats hibernate at the residence. The evaluation of the project would have to be done in six months, when winter is already here.
These conclusions led the boxer to withdraw the application. It should be noted that the theory did not come out of nowhere, as Fury had to cancel on one occasion after seeing bats in the place. According to ‘The Sun’, the owner of the residence will have to design a biodiversity strategy.
The same outlet says Fury is to include “proposals for the provision of nesting features for birds, including the house sparrow, gaps in garden fences to facilitate the movement of hedgehogs and the planting of native species.”
It should be remembered that the boxer has a fairly large family, so he needs his home to be spacious and varied enough to suit everyone’s taste.
Their intention was to completely demolish the existing house on the property and build one from scratch. The new main house would consist of six bedrooms, several bathrooms, a foyer, living room, great room, movie theater, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and other amenities.
In addition to the amenities of the main house, plans included adding a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna.
