A lucky Massachusetts State Lottery player turned a $10 ticket into a $1 million prize in the $4,000,000 Mayhem game.

The winning ticket was sold at the Salem 7 Food Store on North Salem Street, and is the second-largest prize ever awarded in the game.

Last Friday, a Massachusetts State Lottery player won a $1 million prize in the $4,000,000 Mayhem game.

This ticket, which was purchased at the Salem 7 Food Store on North Salem Street, is one of eight $1 million winning tickets available since the game launched.

Now there is only one ticket with this prize left in circulation.

The $4,000,000 Mayhem game offers tickets at a cost of $10, and the probability of winning a prize is approximately 80%.

To win, players must match one of their numbers with one of the winning numbers on the ticket.

Additionally, players can discover multipliers that increase their prizes to larger amounts.

On the same day, at least 508 prizes worth $600 or more were won or claimed in Massachusetts, including eight in Springfield, 20 in Worcester and 38 in Boston.

So far, the largest prize anyone has won in Massachusetts this year was $1 million a year for life, won through the Lifetime Millions scratch-off ticket game.

The winner claimed his prize through a trust on July 10, opting to receive a one-time payment of $15.4 million.
