Michael Jackson’s last bodyguard, Bill Whitfield, revealed in a recent interview with The Sun that the sexual abuse allegations against the singer affected him deeply to the point of “changing” him and causing him great “stress” that would have contributed to his death.

I know those accusations hurt him. I can tell that it changed him. He was definitely stressed. And stress kills.”

According to Whitfield, and thanks to his constant support, he was able to notice that the dancer was “very sad” before his death, due to the accusations he received.

Similarly, and as mentioned, Jackson greatly “resented” these accusations because the artist’s mood declined during his last years.

Even after he said in his statement that he had told his mom in 05 that MJ was a “bad man” she still followed him everywhere and wanted to make it clear that MJ knew her son.🤥

What was Michael Jackson like with children?

During the same conversation, Whitfield, who began working with Jackson in 2006, a few months after the singer was acquitted of sexual abuse allegations, revealed that despite not wanting to “believe” the allegations against Michael, he kept an eye on how the artist behaved with his own children and other children.

After observing the “Smooth Criminal” singer for a long time, Jackson’s bodyguard came to the conclusion that he “would never hurt a child.”

“It wasn’t his character. You had to be close to him to get to know him and I was there. So no, that wasn’t him. And that’s why I’m still surprised when I hear things like that.”

According to Whitfield, Jackson even said on one occasion that he would rather “cut his wrist” than hurt a child. In response to this, the American guard said that all the accusations were made by “liars” because there was never any evidence.

Finally, regarding the artist’s death, Bill mentioned that Jackson “went to a place” where he would obtain the rest he would never have achieved in this life: “I like to think that he didn’t just pass away, but that he left. He left this place, this world, to go to a better place because the rest he needed would never come to him in this life.”
