A house in Honolulu, Hawaii, that served as home for Nick and Vanessa Lachey for a couple of years has just sold. The new buyer agreed to pay $9.45 million for the place. The couple had initially hoped to receive $9.75 million.

This property was listed for sale shortly after it was reported that the couple had decided to move to Encino, California, specifically to a $6.8 million home.

It should be remembered that the Lacheys moved to Hawaii due to her work commitments, as she was hired to be part of the television show ‘NCIS: Hawai’i’. Now, she has returned to California after the cancellation of the series, but surely both have plans to continue with other projects in the middle.

The couple managed to sell the Holulu home for a figure that is above the $8.8 million they paid for the place in 2022, which means they have made a significant profit. Plus, it is more money than they invested in their new home.

This property was built in 2017 and includes a 7,000 square foot main house spread over one floor with several bedrooms, bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.

There are no detailed photos available, but it is known that it had a modern and luxurious style, which the couple and their children will surely miss. For example, the kitchen includes wooden shelves and a large central quartzite island.

The best part is that from its extensive green areas you have impressive views of the sea, in addition to offering enough space to enjoy the outdoors with family or friends.
