Ben Affleck leaves the house he rented in Brentwood

Actor and producer Ben Affleck is starting a new life after confirming his split from Jennifer Lopez. Moving trucks were recently photographed leaving the Brentwood, California, property where the actor moved when rumors of their separation began.

Affleck began moving 10 days after Lopez filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court. This week, the actress and singer began removing her belongings from the Beverly Hills, California, mansion that was once their home.

It should be remembered that for the last few months Affleck has been living in a rented house in Brentwood, but it seems that he already has plans to move to the house he just bought in Pacific Palisades.

What Ben Affleck’s new home is like

Although it has not been confirmed, Ben Affleck could move into the mansion in Pacific Palisades, California, which he bought a few weeks ago for $20.5 million dollars.

This property was built in the 1940s, but renovations have been carried out in recent years which have kept the place in good condition. It even seems that Affleck does not want to make any renovations to the place.

The actor will now have at his disposal a house with an area of ​​6,000 square feet spread over two floors with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a hall, a living room, a main room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room and other amenities.

You can also enjoy the outdoors with a terrace, swimming pool, spa area, dining room and other spaces to share with your children and friends.
