A Beverly Hills, California, property that served as home to Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward is currently available for rent for $45,000 a month. The current owner of the residence is photographer Taylor Anne Crichton.
The photographer, who is the daughter of Michael Crichton, first tried to sell the property for $7.9 million in December of last year, but has decided to keep the place and instead offer it for rent and earn monthly profits from the place. Crichton purchased this property in 2021 for $7.9 million.
This residence was rented in the 1960s by Newman and Woodward, who have been one of the most solid couples in the history of Hollywood. There are even a series of iconic photos of the couple that were taken in this very house.
The original construction of the house dates back to the 1930s and was built on a 1.2 acre lot, but in recent years it has undergone renovations and the necessary maintenance to keep the property in good condition.
The couple enjoyed a main house that spans 4,200 square feet and includes four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
Features of the property’s interior include dark hardwood floors, built-in furniture, a black marble fireplace, vaulted ceilings, decorative moldings and much more.
This property also includes a garage with capacity for two vehicles. Outside there are green areas with a terrace, barbecue area, dining room, swimming pool, spa area, court and other spaces to share with family or friends.
