An impressive mansion on Big Island, Hawaii, has just been sold to the real estate company ReUp Living. The company paid $6.24 million and intends to renovate it. The attraction of this property is that it was once inhabited by singer Justin Bieber.

Bieber is reported to have paid as much as $10,000 a night for the property at one point in 2016. The place has also been rented out by renowned actor Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, meaning the place ticks all the boxes for multi-millionaire Hollywood stars.

The house’s design and location are so privileged that the place has also been rented out for use as a filming set for television shows such as ‘Love Island’ and ‘Ex on the Beach’.

This property was originally built in 2005 and the new owners intend to carry out a renovation with the team that carried out the original construction. It is currently unknown how long the renovation will take and what they will do when it is finished.

The main house is distributed in five bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, hall, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.

This property also includes a guest house, a four-car garage, and a helipad.

Outside there are extensive green areas with a terrace, swimming pool, slide, spa area, bar, kitchen, tennis court and other spaces ideal for enjoying the outdoors with family or friends. In other words, it is the perfect place to vacation and relax while looking out at the Pacific Ocean.
