After Gomita was eliminated last Sunday from “La Casa de los Famosos México,” the clown dared to confess that her behavior on the reality show was largely false due to a “strategy.” In an interview with Cecilia Galliano and Mauricio Garza, Gomita admitted that much of her acting and reactions during her time in the house were designed to play along with her roommate, Adrián Marcelo.
The revelation has surprised many fans of the show, who had witnessed a number of intense moments that seemed genuine. According to Gomita, her collaboration with Marcelo was part of a larger plan to create a show that would keep the audience captivated and generate more controversy and drama on the show.
“You don’t know how hard it was for me to put up with a lot of things, and there were a lot of things that I was false about in many ways and that I wanted to defend and do, but you can’t do that in there,” admitted Aracely Ordaz, the celebrity’s real name.
“I did what I could, I put my heart into it, and I am very proud of myself. I came out with my head held high and maybe that is how it happened so that fighting in there would not be more toxic. There were comments that hurt me a lot, not only towards me, but towards my other teammates,” she added, referring to the comments by Adrián Marcelo and Agustín Fernández, who were really very cruel with their attacks.
“I thought: ‘I’m part of this team and I have to endure it here’, but I couldn’t take it for long and I did what I could,” concluded Gomita.
As expected, the confession has unleashed a wave of reactions from both fans and viewers, who called the reality show’s behavior hypocritical due to these alleged strategies.
The fact that the dynamics within “La Casa de los Famosos México” could be manipulated has opened a debate about the nature of the reality show and the responsibility of the participants and producers in maintaining the integrity of the content.
