The relationship between Ninel Conde and Giovanni Medina has been the subject of media attention for years, and it concerns the custody of their son Emmanuel and the various scandals in which both have been involved. Despite past tensions, the Mexican has tried to maintain a more conciliatory approach regarding the upbringing of his little one, confirming that the differences between them have largely been resolved and that Ninel regularly participates in the child’s life.
Medina has been approached by the media about Ninel’s appearance, who has been at the centre of controversy due to the aesthetic changes she has shown. However, the businessman and politician has decided not to go into details about his ex-partner, making it clear that he does not want to comment on the matter and preferring not to mix his personal life with the demands of the media.
“I took advantage of the fact that they are all together. I want to thank you because, at the time, you opened the space for me; in a very difficult moment in our lives, as we went through, perhaps, unnecessarily, you opened the space for us, it was very useful and I will always be grateful to you. But it is a personal decision, because it is in the best interest of my son and mine, that he no longer touches on those issues (related to Ninel Conde),” he told reporters.
“I will always be grateful, I repeat, but for me those issues are completely settled. I will never ask you to play or not play, we believe in freedom of the press, but I am also free to respond or not to what suits my interests,” he added.
Medina’s decision to distance herself from the conversation about Conde could be interpreted as an attempt to protect both her public image and that of her son, trying to avoid further controversies surrounding their past relationship. In the end, it seems that both are focused on Emmanuel’s well-being, leaving behind the tumult of their shared history.
