Actress Ana de Armas decided to move away from Los Angeles and start living a quieter life in Vermont. She recently spoke about how happy and calm she is with that decision.
De Armas gave an interview to E! News, although the interview was about the premiere of ‘Eden’, she took advantage of the conversation to confirm that she had moved to the northwest of the United States, specifically to a $7 million dollar house that she bought last year.
In the interview she said: “I feel like we all want to get away from the craziness of the world these days.” It should be remembered that in 2021 the actress ended her one-year relationship with Ben Affleck, and that put her in the spotlight of the paparazzi and the press for several months.
De Armas describes her new home as “a refuge.” She also explains that one of the great advantages is that she is always accompanied by the people she loves and has no obligations or commitments to Hollywood stars.
On the reason that motivated her to move, she says, “You just feel it when it’s time to change. There’s a moment when you learn what’s good for you and what’s not.”
Although she no longer lives in Los Angeles, De Armas has not stopped her professional life. She has just premiered ‘Eden’ at the Toronto International Film Festival. The film is a survival thriller and is directed by Ron Howard.
What Ana de Armas’ new home is like
Last year, Ana de Armas was reported to have purchased a home in Vermont, although there was no information on the actress’ plans for the property. Page Six did say that the house was fully furnished.
De Armas has at his disposal a house with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a foyer, a living room, a main room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room and other amenities. At the moment there are not many photos that show the place in detail.
What is known is that the property is surrounded by green areas ideal for relaxing and from each station of the house there is an impressive view of the mountains and other areas.
