TV star and entrepreneur Bethenny Frankel has decided it’s time to get rid of the house in the Hamptons, New York, that she has owned for more than 10 years. The property is available for $6 million.
Frankel put the property up for sale shortly after paying $5.4 million for another vacation home in New York’s Shinnecock Bay, so she has plenty of room for the old house. It should be noted that a couple of years ago the writer also received $7 million for an apartment in SoHo, New York.
The property for sale is located specifically in the Bridgehampton Village and occupies a 1.4 acre lot.
The Real Housewives of New York City star purchased the home for $2 million in 2013, and soon after, she spent $650,000 on a smaller neighboring home. She also spent money on renovations to the main structure to keep it in good condition and with luxurious details.
The main house has an area of 2,500 square feet spread over two floors with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
The interior design stands out for its hardwood floors, brick-covered fireplace, large windows, and more. On the other hand, the kitchen is one of the recently remodeled spaces for its white cabinets, central island, and stainless steel countertops.
In addition to the main house there is a separate garage and a guest house with all amenities included.
Outside there are green areas with a terrace, kitchen, dining room, swimming pool, spa area and other spaces ideal for enjoying the outdoors with family or friends.
