In March of this year, a fire destroyed much of Cara Delevingne’s house in Los Angeles, California. And although six months have passed since the event, it seems that little progress has been made in repairing it.

Recently, ‘Page Six’ obtained aerial photos of the property that lead it to claim that the residence, which was purchased by Delevingne for $7 million, has been abandoned. It should be noted that two months after the fire, it was said that reconstruction of the property had begun, but it seems that the project has been left half-finished.

In recent photos, you can see that there is still charred debris all over the property, meaning that the site has not even been cleaned up.

It should be noted that the fire left nothing of the original property, so the reconstruction project consists of building a new main house from scratch.

Apart from the aerial photos, no one has any detailed information about the actress’s plans for the property or whether she has already hired a team of experts for the job. It should be noted that Delevingne was not in the house at the time of the fire.

What is known is that the news had a great impact on the British actress, who gave an interview to ‘The Times’ in July and took the opportunity to talk about her house in ruins. “Of course it affected me, it’s very sad. It will never stop being sad, but I don’t use it as a tool to keep me sad,” she said in the interview.

Although losing her home has been very painful, she is aware that it is important that there were no losses to mourn. “It is a shame, but everyone was safe,” she said.
