McDonald’s announced it will continue its $5 meal deals and expanded the range of offers by announcing 50-cent double cheeseburgers for National Burger Day, discounts on McNuggets, McCrispy sandwiches and more.
Following the success of summer sales, McDonald’s confirmed that the $5 meal offer is still in effect and most local markets will extend it until December.
Consumers will be able to choose between a McDouble or McChicken sandwich, small fries, four Chicken McNuggets and a small soft drink, all for $5, according to a press release.
Joe Erlinger, president of McDonald’s USA, says that over the summer, tens of millions of fans went to their local McDonald’s to enjoy the $5 meal deal, “and it was great to welcome them back.”
A motivation to keep prices as affordable as possible and double down with even more ways to save. “Whether you stop by for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a late-night snack, we want everyone to find the food they love at a price that works for them,” Erlinger adds.
Get to know the autumn offers
The burger giant is continuing its commitment to offering products at affordable prices during the months of September, November and December nationwide, in combination with local offers.
- For National Cheeseburger Day, September 18, they will be offering double cheeseburgers for $0.50 cents.
- On National Fried Chicken Sandwich Day, November 9th, they will be selling the McCrispy sandwich for $2.
- From November 4th to December 2nd, fans can enjoy 10 Chicken McNuggets for $1, valid once per week.
- Free Fries will continue every Friday through the end of 2024, where customers can get free medium fries with any $1 minimum purchase.
