Mexican singer Angela Aguilar is facing a lawsuit for wrongful dismissal by one of her former backing singers, who decided to remain anonymous.

According to the victim’s lawyer, Arturo Yahir Caridad, during an interview on Maxine Woodside’s show “De todo para la mujer,” the 20-year-old singer decided to end the working relationship with her former collaborator without prior notice.

Likewise, it was revealed that the former chorus girl was on maternity leave when Christian Nodal’s now wife made this decision.

Angela Aguilar faces serious problems

In the same conversation, the lawyer pointed out that Pepe Aguilar’s daughter did not have insurance for her former employee, so she was forced to cover all the expenses generated by her pregnancy as well as the birth itself.

This person did not have any type of health insurance from her employer, meaning she had to cover childbirth expenses and at least hoped that she would be able to return to work, but to her surprise she was fired.

In addition to the above, Caridad pointed out that during the hearings of the case, a fake lawyer of the singer appeared, who could not prove that he was a legal defender. According to the victim’s lawyer, the same lawyer of Angela’s father did not recognize the subject during the hearings.

During the same participation, Arturo Yahir Caridad also revealed that due to Aguilar’s “attitude”, who has refused to attend the appointments, the corresponding authorities have given her the title of confessor, a term that refers to a person who refuses to answer. Because of this, the young singer could face serious problems because the trial has gone through its stages.

Angela Aguilar faces legal problems again

Prior to the statement by lawyer Arturo Yahir Caridad, it was revealed that the Mexican singer herself, as well as her father, the singer Pepe Aguilar, are facing a lawsuit for refusing to pay the severance pay of one of her former musicians, who lost his life due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

According to the information provided by the widow of the former employee of the family, who worked for the Aguilars for more than 20 years, she approached Angela and Pepe to request the money corresponding to the period of time that her husband worked for them. However, a representative of the family conditioned the payment in exchange for the renunciation of the deceased’s labor rights.

It was also revealed that the amount offered was much lower than expected given the time the musician worked for the singers. So far, none of the stars involved have mentioned or revealed any information about it.
