Target announced it plans to spice up the holiday season with its largest holiday assortment yet, featuring thousands of exclusive items, along with more deals and ways to save.

Target will offer shoppers savings all season long beginning with Target Circle Week, Oct. 6-12, for those looking to get a head start on their holiday shopping.

Consumers can discover the best holiday gifts and decorations at bargain prices, including hundreds of new toys, exclusive private and national brand products, and must-have $5 and $10 items.

In addition to gearing up to deliver a seamless shopping experience, the retailer is investing in its existing team and hiring approximately 100,000 additional seasonal team members.

“Consumers are gearing up for one of the most exciting times of the year, so we’re delving into the magic of Tarzhay like never before, with variety, value and an experience that only Target can offer,” said Rick Gomez, executive vice president and chief commercial officer, Target.

Target’s popular Deal of the Day program is also back, with new deals available for one day only each day of Target Circle Week. It will also return on November 1 and throughout the rest of the season for Target Circle members. And there are more savings to come, as consumers can look forward to more deals throughout the holiday season.

Target is offering its largest holiday assortment yet, with 50% more new items than last year, including exclusive products and partnerships. Whether helping consumers find the perfect gift at the right price or deck the halls on a budget, Target is offering more value on popular holiday items.

This holiday season, more than half of Target’s holiday toys are under $20 and thousands of stocking stuffers are under $5. Plus, the Bullseye’s Playground value section at the store entrance will feature 50 family-friendly gifts for under $5.

More than half of Target’s private label holiday food and beverage assortment is under $5. And to make the holidays sparkle, 80% of Target Wondershop holiday items will be priced at $10 or less.

To complement its existing team, Target plans to hire approximately 100,000 additional seasonal team members across stores and supply chain facilities. Seasonal team members help Target deliver a joyful and easy holiday shopping experience by supporting order pickup and self-service, stocking products and helping holiday purchases get to customers and Target stores as quickly as possible.

Like Target’s existing team, seasonal team members have access to a market-leading starting salary range, health and wellness benefits, and growth and development opportunities. Seasonal roles are often a gateway to a continued career path with Target; more than half of last year’s seasonal team members were offered a position to stay at Target. Beginning Sept. 25, interested candidates will be able to visit TargetSeasonalJobs.com to apply for seasonal positions.
