At the end of 2021 it was reported that Gene Simmons, leader of the band Kiss, had found an owner for the mansion in Beverly Hills, California, which belonged to him for several decades. The musician bought the house in 1984 for $1.34 million dollars.

It should be noted that Simmons received $16 million for the property, which was $9 million below what he initially expected to receive. At the time it was also reported that the happy buyer was Max Nobel of Nobel Development Group.

Now the residence has re-entered the market for $36 million. The high increase in the price of the residence is due to a major renovation that was done to the property, which took with it several of the characteristics related to the Kiss leader.

According to Relator.com, the current owners focused on converting the Mediterranean-style house into a much more modern house, which surely also cost them a lot of money.

It should also be noted that this is not the first time that the property has entered the market in the last year, since in May of last year it was available for $48 million dollars. At that time its owner took a tour of the place.

The main house spans 16,390 square feet across seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.

In addition to the main house there are two garages: one has capacity for 10 vehicles and the other for three vehicles.

Outside there are green areas with a terrace, swimming pool, spa area, barbecue area, large dining room and other spaces ideal for sharing outdoors with family or friends.
