It was recently reported that David and Victoria Beckham will have to deal with noise, dust and other problems in their mansion in London, England, as the house next to theirs will be renovated.
It should be remembered that the Beckhams’ grand mansion is located in Holland Park, a neighborhood in Kensington, west of London, which is popularly known as ‘Millionaire’s Row’. That is to say, it is a highly exclusive area.
Although only millionaire people like the Beckhams live in the area, this does not save them from everyday problems that can exist in any type of area, and anywhere in the world.
That is why they will now have to face the entire process of reforming the property, a reform that has just been approved by the authorities, so the couple will not have the right to complain about noise or inconvenience it causes. Even David Beckham was involved in the approval of this reform.
Documents obtained by ‘Page Six’ show that planning officials placed special emphasis on getting the Beckhams’ opinion. “You are expected to discuss your proposals with all neighbors abutting your site as we will inform them of any requests, as well as any residents’ association or society,” it said.
It is known that the Beckhams’ neighboring house is spread over five floors, and there is even an underground pool. The owners’ plan is to make some corrections to the property, since in 2004 some changes were made to the house illegally and without complying with the planning.
According to ‘Page Six’, among the spaces that will receive special attention are several kitchens, bedrooms, solar panels on the roof and underfloor heating.
