The Major League Baseball regular season came to an end this Monday with the doubleheader between the New York Mets and the Atlanta Braves. Those who sealed their qualification for the playoffs and join the other 10 franchises already qualified for October baseball.
There will not be much time to rest and this Tuesday, October 1, the playoffs will begin with the Wild Card Series. These are the games, times and where they will broadcast each postseason series.
Wild Card Series
Tuesday October 1
- Detroit Tigers vs. Houston Astros, 2:32 p.m. ET (ABC)
- Kansas City Royals vs. Baltimore Orioles, 4:08 pm ET (ESPN 2)
- New York Mets vs. Milwaukee Brewers, 5:32 p.m. ET (ESPN)
- Atlanta Braves vs. San Diego Padres, 8:38 pm ET (ESPN)
Wednesday October 2
- Detroit Tigers vs. Houston Astros, 2:32 p.m. ET (ABC)
- Kansas City Royals vs. Baltimore Orioles, 4:08 pm ET (ESPN)
- New York Mets vs. Milwaukee Brewers, 7:38 p.m. ET (ESPN)

Thursday October 3

Houston, Milwaukee, Baltimore and San Diego will be the venues for this Wild Card Series. It will be the best of three games and the winners will be paired with the division champions, the Guardians and Yankees in the American League and the Phillies and Dodgers in the National League, for the Division Series matchups.
