An Argentine tiktoker became the talk of social networks after discovering a major error in the construction of his house.
Ezequiel, known on the platform as @ezequq, decided to visit the construction site of his home to review the progress. However, what he found was a situation that not only caused him outrage, but also unleashed a wave of laughter among his followers when he shared the incident on TikTok.
The video, which quickly went viral with more than 900,000 views and 8,600 likes, shows how the bricklayer hired to carry out the work had made a considerable mistake when erecting one of the walls.
At first glance, the wall appeared to be in place, but when Ezequiel used a piola (a thread used to level walls), he showed that it was completely unlevel. In the recording, you can see how the line separated more and more from the bricks as it approached the ground, which caused a mixture of surprise and frustration on the part of the owner of the house.
A construction error that sparked laughter on TikTok
“And that it is at the height of the window… if I raise the plumb line, it has to give me more difference,” Ezequiel comments in the video while showing the unevenness of the wall. Seeing the magnitude of the mistake, he decided to film the entire scene and share it on TikTok, accompanying the publication with the phrase: “The bricklayer did whatever.”
The situation not only captured the attention of his followers, but also generated all kinds of reactions on the social network. Among the most notable comments, some users commiserated with Ezequiel and shared their own similar experiences, while others chose to take the situation with humor. “Get your money back,” was one of the most repeated comments. Another user wrote: “The plaster covers everything,” jokingly, suggesting that the error could be hidden with a good layer of plaster.
The video soon caught the attention of thousands of users on TikTok, who quickly joined the conversation. “They did it to me like that, I had to fix it with another bricklayer,” commented a follower who identified with Ezequiel’s experience. The publication continued to accumulate comments in the following days, further fueling its virality.
In addition to the laughter and criticism of the bricklayer, the situation exposed by Ezequiel opened the debate about the importance of hiring qualified professionals to avoid costly mistakes in construction works. Although the situation ended up being funny for many, the owner of the house was left with the challenge of correcting the mistake in his home.
