Paola Rojas said the reason for her departure from Televisa

Paola Rojas has been a prominent figure in the field of Mexican television, and her recent transition to Imagen Televisión marks a new chapter in her career. “I’m going to be super honest, as soon as they asked me the possibility of coming here to do news, I was very clear that it was a yes, because there are many things that I like to do and that I embrace and enjoy, but the news is at the center of what calls me. And because it is also important to me that my voice is in the historical moment that Mexico is experiencing, I did not hesitate there,” he said during his visit to ‘Sale el Sol’.

In her statement about her departure from Televisa, Paola mentioned that, despite her desire to continue collaborating with the company, she was denied the opportunity to do so. This, in her words, led her to consider other options that would allow her to continue exercising her passion for journalism. The proposal to join Imagen Televisión to be part of “De Pisa y Corre” represents a valuable opportunity to reintegrate into the information field, in which it has managed to build a solid career.

“I did want to continue in other projects, I’m going to say it with all its letters, I wanted to continue in Netas Divinas, I raised it and they allowed it here in Grupo Imagen, they told me: ‘Yes, they are compatible’, but it was not possible there and then unfortunately I did have to leave that project that I love,” he added during his visit.

Rojas’ decision has generated reactions among her followers and colleagues, who have supported her in this new stage.
