A house in Hollywood Hills, California, that for eight years has belonged to actor and singer Kevin McHale, known for having played Artie Abrams in the hit television series ‘Glee’, has just entered the real estate market.

McHale expects to receive $1.99 million for the property he purchased in 2012 for $970,000 less than what he is asking now. The actor and singer bought this house while he was still filming for ‘Glee’.

For details about the residence you can visit the Zillow website, although according to ‘Robb Report’ the sale of the house is by Marcia Glow of Coldwell Banker Realty.

This property is not as luxurious as other Hollywood Hills residences, but its construction dates back to the 1950s. It remains in good condition thanks to the renovations and maintenance that has been done in recent decades.

The main house is 2,000 square feet spread over two floors with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, laundry room and other amenities.

What stands out most about the structure are its glass walls, which offer a view of the area. Also worth mentioning are its oak and stone floors, custom shelving, exposed wood beam ceilings, and more.

On the other hand, the kitchen has chocolate-colored cabinets, a large central bar and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom also has walls of glass with views of the green areas that surround the residence.

Another great feature of the house is that the second floor has a large balcony with a dining room, comfortable seating, green areas and enough space to relax outdoors. In the first part there is also a small space that now serves as a home gym, but the new owner will be able to do whatever he wants with that space.
