A house that for the last four decades has belonged to the family of journalist and television presenter Giuliana Rancic, remembered for having been one of the presenters of E!, has just entered the real estate market. News.
The property is located in Bethesda, Maryland, and is currently available for $1.67 million. Although it is not an outrageous figure like other properties in Los Angeles or New York, it is a figure that is above the $273,500 that Rancic’s parents initially paid.
Eduardo and Anna DePandi, parents of the entertainment journalist, bought this house in 1984, 10 years after Giuliana’s birth in Naples, Italy. It should be noted that the family emigrated from Italy to the United States when the journalist was just seven years old.
Another feature worth highlighting is that the house has only belonged to this family, since the construction of the place ended in 1983.
The house has an area of 4,800 square feet distributed in six bedrooms, four full bathrooms, one half bathroom, mudroom, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
Of the interior, its Italian style must be mentioned, a tribute that the family paid to its origins. But it should also be noted that the place has several modern style details thanks to renovations that the family has made in recent years. It should also be said that it has marble floors.
Among all the renovations, mention must be made of the kitchen, which now has a large central island, porcelain cabinets and a wine cellar. It is also equipped with good quality appliances.
Outside there is a terrace with green areas, a swimming pool with a diving board, a hot tub and other spaces ideal for enjoying with the family.
