Jennifer López reappears publicly with an emotional message about her career

In the midst of the divorce process that she “lives” with Ben Affleck, the singer of Latin origin Jennifer López reappeared publicly during the special for the 50th anniversary of the American Music Awards, through a video in which she narrated part of her artistic career through this important award.

In the clip in question, which was screened during the event on October 6, the 55-year-old performer first mentioned the influence that this award ceremony has had on her career as an artist.

Despite being one of the most anticipated artists of the night, even without being present, the businesswoman’s speech was involved in a series of accusations from dozens of users on social networks.

And while various people “praised” the appearance of the “Can’t Get Enough” singer, a larger group of Internet users pointed out various aspects of López’s speech such as her way of pronouncing the name of the singer Celia Cruz: ” “Did JLo just say Suh-Leah Cruz?”

Likewise, others criticized the singer’s negativity for “simply” sending a video instead of “making an effort” to appear live with the rest of the artists at the AMAs event.

Regarding the divorce process between Lopez and Ben Affleck, a source close to Entertainment Tonight revealed that Jennifer and Ben are “waiting to announce their official separation because they want to make sure everything goes well when they do, especially with everyone involved.”
