Charles Buckner, allegedly known drug dealer in Harlem (NYC), was shot to death while sitting in a luxurious new Mercedes Benz car in that neighborhood, in broad morning light.

Buckner (57) died at the scene and his nephew of 24 years was injured in the shooting recorded around 8: 20 Sunday am at 2289Fifth Ave. Someone “shot at the car multiple times,” a police spokesman said. “The car is parked in front of a grocery store when a subject pulls out of the curb and fires about six times.”

Buckner was hit in the head by a bullet and was pronounced dead at the scene. His unidentified nephew was admitted to Harlem Hospital with a gunshot wound to the arm.

Buckner, whose nickname was “Almighty (Almighty) Charles”, had 14 prior arrests, including two in 2014 for criminal possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy, law enforcement sources said . He was also charged with possession of weapons in 2008 and 2003, detailed New York Post.
