The actor Sylvester Stallone broke his silence after the series of scandals he unleashed about his divorce with former model Jennifer Flavin and its cancellation, announcing that he put his family first.
During a recent interview with The Sunday Times, the interpreter of ‘Rocky’ and ‘Rambo’ acknowledged that he was in a difficult moment, so he decided not to lose his marriage, because he had 24 years of marriage.
“Let’s just say that it was a very tumultuous moment. There was an awakening of what was more valuable than anything, which is my love for my family. It has priority over my work, and that was a difficult lesson to learn“, said Sylvester Stallone to the aforementioned medium.
He also acknowledged that he had been an absent father and it was one of the hardest lessons to learn.
“I didn’t pay too much attention when my daughters were growing up ”, Acknowledged Stallone, who shares three children with Flavin: Sophia, aged 26, Sistine, aged 24, and Scarlet, from 24.
“I was very focused on my career and now I think: ‘Okay, I don’t have much road ahead of me and I want to start asking them about their lives’“.

The announcement of the breakup was for the actor and producer, who was filming his next movie ‘Tulsa King’, it was a surprise.
However, a month later his representative reported that the couple was “extremely happy” after having met at home, where “they were able to resolve their differences”.
