Former President Donald Trump has pleaded “not guilty” to all 13 charges against him for conspiring to attempt to subvert the presidential election in Georgia.

The Republican leads the list of 19 defendants for the criminal acts accused by the Fulton County prosecutor’s office, after an investigation led by prosecutor Fani Willis.

The start of the trial was proposed for October 23, at the request of prosecutor Willis, although the defense could still make a motion to try to modify the date.

All the defendants would be processed at the same time, if the judge accepts the request of the Prosecutor’s Office.
