Racing driver Jenson Button has put a vacation home in Palm Springs, California, that he bought a couple of years ago, up for sale.

The property recently came on the market with a price tag of $2.3 million, up from the $1.7 million that Button and his wife, interior designer Brittny Ward, paid in fall 2021.

Button purchased this property from filmmaker and screenwriter Josh Evans, who is the son of Ali McGraw and Robert Evans.

The increase in price in recent years is due to the fact that the couple also invested money in remodeling the place that was originally built in the 1930s. The objective of this project was to turn the house into the perfect place to rent.

This residence is currently called The Mesa Bungalows and was available until recently for $900 per night. It could be rented through Natural Retreats.

The residence is attractive for its style inspired by the Beverly Hills Hotel and the Pink Palace, a mansion remodeled by actress Jayne Mansfield.

The main house is 2,200 square feet on two floors with four bedrooms, several bathrooms, mudroom, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.

The interior is extremely striking due to the style of decoration, for example in the kitchen there is a mint green gas stove and the rest of the appliances are pastel pink.

Each room has its own private bathroom and has been independently decorated, making it very comparable to hotel rooms.

This place is built and suitable as a tourist center, so its outdoor spaces are one of its most notable features.

There are green areas, terrace, pergola with kitchen, barbecue area, dining room, fireplace, swimming pool, spa area and other spaces ideal for resting or enjoying the outdoors with family or friends.
