Dominican presenter Clarissa Molina is very excited because she has bought her first house in the Dominican Republic, the country where she was born. Through a video on Instagram, Molina gave the good news to all her followers and others curious about her.

This villa is valued at $353,000, which appears to be a special pre-sale price since it is not built yet. The new villa will be within a residential complex called Paseo Isleño in Punta Cana, one of the most touristic cities in the Dominican Republic.

Molina is accompanied in the video by Yermys Peña, the architect in charge of the design of the place. The presenter is very happy because it is part of a dream that she and her family have always had.

“Today my dream begins to come true,” he wrote in the publication.

They imply that Molina had the opportunity to choose between three types of villas. They explain that she chose Villa Icaria, which is the largest of all.

The home spans 2,314 square feet on two floors with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities. Molina says that she loves that it is a big house because she has a very big family.

Annex has a garage with capacity for two vehicles. Outside, the house has green areas, a terrace, a swimming pool and other spaces ideal for vacationing in Punta Cana.

Outside the house, this complex offers many other services to its tenants: artificial beach, golf course, tennis court, soccer field, equestrian center, gym, bar restaurants, shopping center, fresh and salt water lakes, park for pets and more.

The company in charge of the construction of this residential complex is Construger, a company with more than 60 years of experience. They are the same ones in charge of the new vacation apartment of journalist María Celeste Arrarás.

According to the construction company’s website, the main feature of the new Molina residence is its Sustainable EDGE certification “which implies savings of 20% in energy consumption and water consumption.”
