In a recent interview for Vogue France, the “My Heart Will Go On” singer once again “raised her voice” and revealed the current state she is in as well as the “solution” she sees for her condition.
I have not defeated the disease, it is still within me and always will be. “I hope we find a miracle, a way to cure it with scientific research.”
Celine Dion has learned to live with her illness
In the same talk, the Canadian stated that during the last few months, especially, she has learned to live with her illness in addition to carrying out various actions to prevent further deterioration: I work on my toes, knees, calves, singing, voice… I have to learn to live with it now and stop questioning myself. At first she asked me: why me? how did this happen? What have I done? “Is this my fault?”
Due to the above, and in order to face her situation, Celine Dion has decided to work “super hard” instead of staying at home.
Even, and during the same interview, Dion revealed that her goal is to return to the Eiffel Tower in addition to returning to the stage: “I don’t know, my body will tell me. On the other hand, I don’t want to just wait. It is usually difficult to live day to day. It is hard, but there is one thing that will never stop and that is the will, the passion and the dream.”
After her most recent appearance at a major event during the last Grammys, where she presented one of the most important awards of the night to Taylor Swift, the singer has published various photographs on her Instagram account in order to show the progress of his suffering.
In previous weeks, the artist was also captured at an NHL game where she was even seen dancing and singing to the music of the event. On the same occasion, Celine Dion was invited to meet the local team to the point of mentioning the lineup of the night to the players.
Likewise, and as part of her current projects, the singer mentioned that she is working on a documentary, together with the Prime Video streaming platform, in which she will narrate her day-to-day struggle to raise people’s awareness about this disease. .
