Ciara and Russell Wilson’s lifestyle is extremely luxurious, despite the multiple moves they have had to make in recent years. This has also caused the couple to have to face the real estate market to sell the houses they no longer need.
The moves have always been related to Wilson’s professional contracts. The first big move occurred in 2022, when the American football player signed a contract with the Denver Broncos and left his job with the Seattle Seahawks aside.
That move prompted the couple to put the Seattle mansion in which they lived for many years up for sale. At the time the residence entered the real estate market for $36 million dollars, but the complete sale took two years to complete.
Now, ‘The Wall Street Journal’ has reported that the Wilsons have finally found a buyer for the place. The purchase will supposedly be completed for $21.25 million dollars.
It should be noted that the property is divided into two lots. They did manage to sell the first one in 2022, so if the sale is added in two parts it gives a total of $31 million dollars.
The first lot was purchased alone by the athlete in 2015 for $6.7 million dollars, before marrying Ciara. Four years later, he and Ciara bought the neighboring lot for the same price.
The main house of both properties has an area of 11,104 square feet distributed over two floors with six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, hall, kitchen, two dining rooms, living room, main room, television room, office, gym and garage with capacity for three vehicles.
Of course, the Wilsons were in charge of developing a large project that includes extensive green areas and sports fields.
Wilson recently signed a contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers, but it is unknown if they have already purchased a new residence in the city. What is known is that they managed to sell the house where they lived in Denver, Colorado, for $21.5 million dollars.
