A house in the Hamptons, New York, that belongs to American actress and producer Drew Barrymore has just entered the real estate market. The residence is available for $8.45 million dollars.

Barrymore bought this residence in 2019 for $5.5 million dollars and from that moment until now he has been in charge of sharing the remodeling process through his social networks. Barrymore is understood to have bought the place through a limited liability company.

The property is specifically located in the center of Sagaponack. The house was originally built in the 1920s on a 1.7-acre lot, but has been maintained over the years, especially thanks to the actress’ renovation.

During the renovation project, Barrymore and her team sought to maintain many of the residence’s original details: hardwood floors, exposed wood beams, high ceilings, and more.

The interior also has to mention its brick fireplace, skylight, large windows and more.

The main house has an area of 6,850 square feet distributed in seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and white cabinets.

Listing agent Kathy Konzet says of the place: “Discover the unparalleled charm of a renovated 1920’s classic barn in the heart of Sagaponack on 1.7 acres. The residence, converted from an authentic barn into an elegant work of art, instantly captivates.”

In addition to the main house there is a guest house with all the necessary amenities for the guests of the new owners.

Outside there are extensive green areas with a terrace, swimming pool, spa area, dining room and other spaces ideal for sharing outdoors.
