Security officials and stadium staff immediately began a search after the animal to try to capture it so that the duel could continue, but no matter how hard they tried, they could not achieve it.
After several attempts and a few taunts from the raccoon that produced laughter in the stands, the raccoon was able to be caught thanks to a trash can.
Given the concern of many about the state of the animal, the stadium’s internal announcer clarified that it was in very good health and that it was going to be taken to be examined and later returned to its natural habitat.
