It is no secret to anyone that traveling by plane can become a real problem and martyrdom, both for those who are parents and also for those who are not, since flying with children can be complicated, especially when it comes to international flights.

It is practically impossible for children on a plane trip to always be able to stay in their seats, without making noise or crying, situations that can stress the vast majority of passengers.

This situation seems to have already been identified by some airlines, which have already imposed some measures to please all their customers, although several of them turn out to be controversial.

On the subject, in recent days, the Turkish airline Corendon Airlines has given a lot to talk about, dividing opinions on social networks, after announcing that one of its flights will have an area inside the plane where the stay of minors will be prohibited. age.

The measure of this Turkish airline will be for A350 flights, which go from Amsterdam to the island of Curaçao and will begin to run from November 3.

This child-free area will be at the front of the plane; It will have 9 XL seats, that is, more spacious, so that these passengers can travel more comfortably, and the rest will be standard seats.

People who pay to go in this area of the plane will be physically separated from the rest “through walls and curtains”, which will create “a shielded environment that will contribute to a calm and relaxed flight.”

In the area without children, only passengers of legal age may travel and they must pay around $102 dollars extra to the cost of the flight.

“This area of the plane is intended for passengers who travel without children and business travelers who want to work in a quiet environment,” the airline said on its website, where it stated that the decision also helps parents with children travel with less pressure .

“You don’t have to worry as much about the possible reactions of your fellow travelers if your child is a little busier or cries,” their statement also read.

As expected, this travel option has caused different opinions. Some are excited to be able to travel with peace of mind, while others consider that prohibiting children from being in certain areas of a plane turns out to be a cruel measure.
