American actor Matthew Perry bought a large mansion in Hollywood Hills, California, shortly before he died. Now, the residence has entered the real estate market for $5.19 million dollars.
Perry purchased this residence in July of last year for $5 million. What all the specialized media assure is that the actor bought this residence as a simple investment in the city, where he invested for many years.
The actor died on October 28, three months after purchasing the residence. Perry was found dead in his Pacific Palisades home.
Returning to the Hollywood Hills property, it should be said that Perry purchased this residence through an LLC called Alvy Singer.
The current listing agents are Greg Holcomb and Tim Durkovic, who in the listing say: “This beautiful architectural property features a classic glass-walled look. Beautifully renovated, the thoughtful updates provide an ambiance of elevated luxury.”
The property occupies a 0.22 acre lot and its original construction dates back to the 1950s.
The main house spans 2,566 square feet on one floor with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, movie theater, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
Its newly renovated interior includes large windows, combination of stone and wood floors, sliding doors and more. One of the spaces that looks most modern is its gourmet kitchen, which is equipped with high-end appliances.
In addition to the main house there is a garage with capacity for two vehicles.
From the outside, we should mention its green areas, terrace, swimming pool, bonfire, spa area and other spaces ideal for enjoying the outdoors with family or friends.
