This Tuesday the eldest son of LeBron James, Bronny James, was rushed to the hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest while training with his University of South California team.

TMZ Sports He said the 911 call came at around 9:26 a.m. local time from the Galen Center, the team’s training ground. James was taken to the hospital by ambulance and according to the newspaper The Athleticthe 18-year-old player is stable and did not require transfer to the Intensive Care Unit.

“The medical team treated Bronny and took him to the hospital. He is in stable condition and is no longer in the Intensive Care Unit. We ask for respect and privacy for the James family,” the family spokesperson explained to the media.

“LeBron and Savannah want to publicly thank the treatment of the USC medical team, and their incredible work and dedication to the health care of their athletes,” he added.

Bronny is one of the best prospects coming soon to the NBA, he just finished high school and this year he will start his first season in college basketball with USC. He recently shone at the All-American, a game played by the best high school basketball players of the year. James added 15 points and 4 assists in his participation.

In multiple interviews, star LeBron James has made it clear that his dream before retiring from the NBA is to be able to play a game with his son. Situation that could occur if the star of the Los Angeles Lakers prolongs his retirement a little longer, since at 38 he will have to play at least until he is 41 to coincide with his son Bronny in the league

“My last year will be playing with my son. I don’t care about money, it’s something higher, ”she explained in the past. Bronny could opt to go to the NBA draft next year, or wait until he has a bit more college basketball experience to take that option in his junior or senior year of college.
