Stephanie Himonidis “Chiquibaby” reveals that when accepting the job in “Sit Who Can” (Univision) she put a requirement that she had never asked for before. In addition, the presenter confesses the reaction that she did not expect from her after her departure from Telemundo and that she has led her to prepare a project behind the microphone together with her friend Adamari López.
“I am very adaptable, very simple. I think that sometimes I go from being so adaptable to jobs and I adjust to budgets, I adjust to what is there, as long as I am in a project that I like and that makes me grow, right? until a certain point.
“But on this occasion for ‘Sit Whoever Can Sit’, yes -I made- a request that I had never asked for; I said, ‘hey, but one thing…!, hahaha! I want to go pick up my daughter from school when school starts in August’; So, it was the only thing that I put as a requirement and they told me yes, so let’s hope it is fulfilled ”.
Chiquibaby will not necessarily leave the show when Julián Gil returns.
How long are you going to be on the show?
It depends on his project in Mexico, it’s not a lie that he went to a project in Mexico, a novel, so when he makes the decision, we’ll see how I could adapt to the program or cover it when he’s not there; but hey, that remains to be seen.
In addition, Stephanie plans a project together with her friend Adamari Lopez, at the request of the public.
“Since my departure from Telemundo, and also from her departure from Telemundo, something that I did not expect that we would be very united in the projects, if I appeared on one side they would tell me ‘hey!, but pull your comadre!’, or if we do a reel, people would tell us, ‘we like them together a lot’, like people see us together so we would definitely like to do something that has to be seen on the radio or podcast, together.”
When would it be?
For now we put the project we want to do on hold until she returns from vacation, but hopefully we can give them a good surprise soon.
