Karina Banda is one of the renowned personalities in the world of entertainment who has had to leave her nation aside in search of better job opportunities and a more stable life. For this reason, in a new broadcast of ‘Desiguales’ she couldn’t stand it and ended up breaking down in tears after mentioning that “it is a sacrifice that many of us who leave our country make.”
In the Univision recording studio, the host was accompanied by Dr. Nancy Álvarez, Marie Claire Harp and Adamari López, who have also had to go through the same situation as her, so they end up understanding her perfectly.
“In my case I have been in the United States for 10 years. My grandfather…oh I’m going to cry. He passed away last year and I was in Argentina doing a television show and I remember that before going to Argentina I went to Monterrey because I knew that he was already very bad. It’s not easy when they die and you can’t go, you can’t be there with them. “It is one of the many sacrifices we have to make,” he mentioned in front of the Univision cameras.
Carlos Ponce’s wife could not help but highlight how difficult it was for her to have lost her grandfather and not be with him at that time: “In the end he knew that I loved him very much. The last time I spoke to him on the phone he told me that he loved me with all his heart, and he is strong, it is difficult.”

It is difficult when your immigration process is still pending and you cannot leave,” were some of the reactions recorded in the post they have on Instagram.
