The British television presenter, Dave Myers, died at the age of 66, after announcing in 2022 that he had been diagnosed with cancer, the Deadline portal reported.

The member of the duo “The Hairy Bikers” left this plane in the tranquility of his home, accompanied by his wife, family and his partner Si King, who shared the sensitive news in a report on social networks.

“Everyone who knew Dave is devastated by his passing. His beloved wife brought him so much happiness as did his children, Iza and Sergiu, whom Dave loved as if they were his own.

Personally, I’m not sure I can put into words how I feel right now. My best friend is on a journey that I cannot continue for now.

I will miss him every day and the bond, and the friendship we shared for half a lifetime. I wish you the speed of God, brother; You are and will continue to be a lighthouse in this world. See you on the other side. I love you,” King wrote.

Dave Myers and Si King formed the cooking duo “The Hairy Bikers” for two decades, launching books and programs with their select recipes, combined with their motorcycle travel anecdotes.
