The Opening Day of the Major Leagues was not just hits, it also left interesting extra-sports moments such as what happened at Dodgers Stadium when a Mexican fan named Ricardo Juárez jumped onto the pitch to try to propose to his girlfriend, however the act was interrupted by security personnel.

But despite the frustrated attempt, Ricardo was able to achieve his goal at the end of the meeting and his girl gave him the “yes” that he was looking for so much and celebrated with a post on his social networks. Ricardo’s now fiancée is called Ramona Saavedra and they both live in Los Angeles.

“A little extreme announcement but he is a leo (referring to his zodiac sign), what can you expect? And of course I said yes,” Ramona commented on her Instagram post. For his part, Ricardo also made a publication on her account and commented “he said yes, I love her.”

At the end of the story everything had a happy ending, Ricardo was able to propose to his girlfriend despite the bad time at Dodgers Stadium, he was also able to get some fame, since it went viral on social networks and finally his team got the victory on Opening Day after beating the Arizona Diamondbacks 8-2.
